Waterlily Healing Indigenous Corporation proudly partners with Pathfinders, a respected not for profit organisation that provides youth, family, and community services across regional and remote Australia. Working side by side from our shared office, Waterlily Healing and Pathfinders collaborate to create safe, empowering spaces for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth and their families. Together, we deliver culturally safe, trauma informed, and strength based programs that foster resilience, healing, and connection to culture. Through this partnership, Waterlily Healing mentors young people connected with Pathfinders, offering guidance, life skills, and wellbeing activities that promote self belief and positive pathways forward. Our collaboration ensures that every young person is supported holistically, emotionally, culturally, and spiritually, while strengthening ties to their community and identity. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to breaking intergenerational cycles of trauma and building a future where young people are empowered to rise, heal, and thrive.
Indigenous Consulting Group Contract Partnership Waterlily Healing Indigenous Corporation is proudly contracted by Indigenous Consulting Group (ICG) to deliver culturally safe, trauma informed programs across the Northern Territory. Through this partnership, Karyn Moyle, Senior Consultant and Facilitator with ICG and Founder of Waterlily Healing, provides expert facilitation and mentoring focused on mental health, suicide prevention, grief, loss, and intergenerational trauma. Together, Waterlily Healing and ICG strengthen community wellbeing through culturally grounded approaches, empowering Aboriginal people and communities to heal, connect, and thrive.
Board Member Karyn Moyle proudly serves on the Board of the Indigenous Australian Lived Experience Centre (IALEC), an independent, self determined organisation dedicated to elevating the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples with lived and living experience of mental health challenges and suicide. Formerly housed within the Black Dog Institute, IALEC now operates as its own entity, led entirely by First Nations governance and cultural leadership. The Centre’s mission is to strengthen community led responses to mental health and suicide prevention through truth telling, cultural integrity, and lived experience wisdom. As a Board Member, Karyn contributes her deep lived experience, leadership, and community insight to help shape IALEC’s national direction. She works alongside other First Nations leaders to advocate for culturally grounded, community driven healing models that restore hope, empower voices, and promote long term wellbeing across Australia.
Scott Belshaw Boxfit NT, led by founder Scott Belshaw, is a powerful community-based program that uses boxing, fitness, and mentoring to positively engage young people, especially those at risk of disengagement, incarceration, or poor mental health. More than just a fitness program, Boxfit NT combines structure, discipline, and purpose, offering youth a culturally respectful space to build confidence, resilience, and life skills. Scott’s programs are trauma-informed and deeply relational, focusing on healing through movement, routine, and trust. Boxfit NT is currently delivering a Youth Justice Program, being considered as an alternative to detention, and is expanding into Aboriginal communities across the Northern Territory, including Wadeye, Tiwi, and Maningrida. At the heart of Scott’s work is his faith-led commitment to bringing hope, healing, and strength to those in need. While his programs are non-clinical and inclusive, he respectfully offers optional prayer or scripture at the end of sessions, always with cultural humility and no pressure. Waterlily Healing is proud to partner with Boxfit NT to bring more holistic, movement-based, and spiritually grounded youth programs into the community.
Myra Fordham is a proud Malijin Gurindji woman, an internationally recognised speaker, a best-selling author, and a multi-award-winning leadership expert. As the founder of Myra Fordham Coaching, she empowers individuals and organisations through transformative leadership, communication, and business programs. Myra is passionate about developing purpose-led leaders and supporting holistic healing for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, particularly those impacted by trauma and brain injury. Her work combines lived experience with professional expertise to create meaningful, lasting change in communities.
Monwell Taukie Levi is a proud Torres Strait Islander man from St Paul’s Community on Moa Island in the Zenadth Kes (Torres Strait). He is a musician, mentor, and community advocate who uses music, storytelling, and lived experience to inspire healing, resilience, and stronger mindsets. Monwell is the creator and owner of the Wah Clear Mind Program, a unique initiative that uses music, conversation, and real-life experiences to help people reflect on their choices, strengthen their mindset, and reconnect with purpose. Waterlily Healing Indigenous Corporation is proud to collaborate with Monwell to support the delivery of Wah Clear Mind in communities. Under this partnership, the program remains the intellectual property of Monwell Taukie Levi, and he independently facilitates and leads all program delivery. Together, this partnership aims to support individuals and communities through music, culture, and honest conversations that promote healing and clear thinking.
Sabrinas Reach 4Life is an Australian community-led organisation dedicated to suicide prevention, awareness, and supporting people impacted by suicide. Founded in memory of Sabrina, the organisation works to create hope, connection, and stronger communities through education, advocacy, and lived-experience storytelling. Sabrina’s Reach 4Life focuses on breaking the silence around suicide by encouraging open conversations about mental health and providing opportunities for people to share their stories. Through community events, awareness campaigns, and partnerships with organisations across Australia, they aim to reduce stigma and ensure that people know they are not alone. The organisation actively supports suicide prevention initiatives, community education, and collaboration with grassroots organisations that are making a difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by suicide. Waterlily Healing Indigenous Corporation proudly works in partnership with Sabrina’s Reach 4Life to host the Annual Suicide Prevention Conference held each year on September 10th in Darwin, bringing together community leaders, lived experience voices, service providers, and advocates to strengthen suicide prevention efforts across the Northern Territory and beyond. Together, both organisations share a commitment to healing, awareness, and saving lives through community connection and compassion.
